This window contains two sets of controls:

The Cone Type drop-down box has a selection of different cone types. When you change the selection the temperature readings related to the cone number changes.

The Units radio buttons allow you to move from Celcius to Fahrenheit

Temperature rise per hour (ramp)
Information supplied with Orton's large cones includes two different cone/temperature relationships depending on the average rate over temperature rise over the last two hours of the firing.
